These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AppWispr, including the website, private workspace, subscriptions, and related services. By using AppWispr, you agree to these terms.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and you may use AppWispr only in compliance with applicable law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share access in a way that circumvents plan limits, impersonate another person, or use AppWispr to facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, renewal timing, cancellations, and invoice handling are managed through our billing provider and the billing portal shown in the product.

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize the applicable charges, taxes, and renewals associated with your selected plan unless you cancel before renewal under the terms presented at checkout or in the billing portal.

You may not use AppWispr to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, scrape or reverse engineer the service in a prohibited manner, interfere with infrastructure, distribute malware, or attempt to bypass authentication, billing, or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates legal risk, security risk, abuse, or harm to the service or other users.

AppWispr provides research, idea scoring, product briefs, mockups, screenshots, launch materials, and other planning materials to help you evaluate opportunities. Those outputs are provided for informational and workflow purposes only.

You are responsible for independently reviewing outputs and deciding whether to rely on them. AppWispr does not guarantee market success, legal clearance, technical feasibility, or commercial performance for any idea or output.

AppWispr and its branding, software, content structure, and service features are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your internal business or personal evaluation purposes during your authorized subscription period.

You may stop using AppWispr at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, fail to pay required fees, or use the service in a way that creates risk for AppWispr, its users, or its providers.

Termination does not excuse amounts already owed and does not limit any rights or remedies available before termination.

AppWispr is provided on an as available and as is basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppWispr and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost profits damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post the updated version here and revise the last updated date above. Your continued use of AppWispr after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
